Senior Planner – Data Centre.
We are seeking a Planner to lead the development of baseline, target, and tender programmes across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. You will manage programme data within the Common Data Environment, support management with planning insights, and drive efficiency through 2D/4D sequencing, logistics planning, and risk analysis. Working closely with the supply chain, you’ll ensure programmes reflect design, labour, plant, and lead-in requirements while identifying risks, opportunities, and mitigation strategies.
The ideal candidate brings proven Data Centre project experience, advanced Primavera P6 expertise, and strong skills in Earned Value Management, schedule creation, and contractor programme analysis. Knowledge of QRA, contract management, and BIM/CDE is highly desirable.
