Wind Turbine Installation Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the installation of onshore wind turbines.
Ensure all operations comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and other construction staff to ensure project deadlines are met.
Handle site inspections and project reporting to senior management.
Solve on-site problems effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Installation Supervisor on onshore wind projects.
Strong leadership and personnel management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with safety protocols and certification in relevant safety training.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
