Role Overview - Harrow
As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you will:
- Provide mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients.
- Complete fact finds, affordability assessments, and recommend suitable products.
- Gain hands-on experience with structured guidance from senior advisors.
- Build strong client relationships to support repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations.
Candidate Requirements
- CeMAP 1 (essential) - full CeMAP (2 & 3) desirable.
- Previous sales, customer service, or estate agency experience an advantage.
- Strong motivation, resilience, and a desire to succeed in financial services.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Clean credit history and no criminal convictions (FCA requirement).
