Job Description
Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client for a Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator to support a large-scale construction project in Abilene, TX. This position will assist with high-volume recruiting for skilled trades professionals and provide on-site support to the recruitment team throughout the hiring process.
The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with sourcing, prescreening, and coordinating interviews for skilled trade positions
- Help facilitate candidate assessments, drug testing, and physical scheduling
- Greet and guide applicants during onsite hiring sessions, ensuring required steps are completed before recruiter interviews
- Maintain accurate candidate records and assist with compliance documentation
- Collaborate with recruiters and site leadership to support ongoing staffing needs
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a similar support role within a construction or industrial setting
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a busy, onsite environment
- Must present valid government-issued photo ID daily for site check-in

- Initial training may occur at another client location; travel and lodging will be covered
