Sales Negotiator - Build a Thriving Career in Property Sales

Are you a driven, ambitious individual looking to build a long-term career in property? We're hiring a Sales Negotiator to join our high-performing Manchester-based team. As a Sales Negotiator, you'll take ownership of your own portfolio of properties and work closely with motivated sellers and buyers across the UK. You'll negotiate deals, drive performance, and make a real impact-all from our Manchester office.

What You'll Be Doing as a Sales Negotiator:

Managing your own personal portfolio of residential properties
Booking and following up on viewings (office-based - no site visits)
Presenting and negotiating offers to secure fast, successful sales
Upselling additional services and earning uncapped commission
Using tools like Rightmove and Zoopla to track the market and support pricing decisions
Maintaining accurate notes and updates on our CRM system

What We're Looking For in a Sales Negotiator:

A track record of success in a sales-focused role (property or similar)
High energy, resilience, and a target-driven mindset
Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
2+ years of experience in property sales, telesales, or a high-volume sales environment
Comfortable with a fast-paced, performance-oriented culture
