Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Itasca, IL (Hybrid)

About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with one of our clients in the logistics and supply chain sector to identify an experienced Recruiter. This organization is fast-paced and growing, offering an excellent opportunity for a driven recruiting professional to make an immediate impact within a collaborative Talent Acquisition team.

Job Description:

The Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple business areas, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience while meeting hiring goals. This position requires a self-motivated professional who can balance a high requisition load, work independently, and build strong partnerships with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer stage, across various departments
Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored talent solutions
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed to attract and engage qualified candidates
Maintain candidate pipelines and data integrity within the applicant tracking system (ICIMS experience highly preferred)
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and influence decisions through professional insight and data
Provide a best-in-class candidate experience aligned with company standards and values
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment

Qualifications:

4–7 years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency)
Proven success sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
Industry experience within logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or staffing
Bachelor’s degree required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Results-driven, organized, and able to manage competing priorities effectively
Confident and credible when partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders
