About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with a trusted client to hire an Operations Assistant. This role offers the chance to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment supporting supply chain, customer service, and logistics functions.

Job Description:

The Operations Assistant will help manage daily operational tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across order processing, customer care, and production coordination. This in-office role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and organized.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter packaged orders into internal systems
Process and track prepayments for orders
Create and maintain customer quotes
Oversee the customer care inbox and respond to inquiries
Track international shipment ETAs and provide updates
Coordinate with production and purchasing teams to obtain necessary paperwork

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in administrative or operations support
Experience in the manufacturing industry
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment

Additional Details:

Schedule: 40 hours per week, flexible start time (business hours 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Work Setting: 100% in-office
Contract Duration: Through March
Parking: On-site available
