Service Now Project Manager

We are currently seeking a talented ServiceNow ITOM Specialist / Architect to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow, including IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), as well as Custom App. Additionally, proficiency in German as a native language and good English skills are required for effective communication.

Location: Hybrid in Zurich, home office approx. 2x week
Budget: up to 2000CHF/day including your markup
Timeframe: November- December 2025
Key Responsibilities:

Designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Providing expertise in ITSM, CSM and ITOM modules within the ServiceNow platform
Supporting the integration of ServiceNow with other systems and applications
Contributing to the continuous improvement of ServiceNow architecture and processes

Requirements:

Proven experience as a ServiceNow program/project manager, with CTA/CMA certification OR strong ServiceNow skills in ITSM/CSM/ITOM and Custom App
Proven leadership skills, which you have already applied in managing design and development teams through full delivery lifecycles

Fluent in German as a native speaker and proficient in English
