Our client is looking for a Field Service Technician for a 2-month contract in Georgetown, DE 19947.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.

Our client is a multibillion-dollar company that provides end-to-end managed services, technology, and consulting to enable the digital workplace for small to enterprise businesses. Join their team to be part of delivering individualized experiences to a diverse range of clients in a collaborative and productive workplace environment.

Contract Duration: 2 months

Required Skills & Experience

3 + years of experience and strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and cable installation.
Experience with restaurant technologies.
CompTIA A+ and Network+ preferred (or 5+ years of relevant experience)
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and use a ladder (up to 10 ft reach)
General contractor skills (drill usage, etc.). Light contractor work such as drilling through and mounting hardware into walls and countertops.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and cable installation.
Experience with restaurant technologies.

What You Will Be Doing
Technical Support & Troubleshooting

Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Provide on-site support for restaurant staff.

Installation & Maintenance

Hardware and software installation and configuration.
Perform quarterly preventative maintenance (some after-hours required)

Networking & Cable Management

Terminate, test, and replace network cables (Cat5/Cat6/Cat7)
Organize and manage cable layouts for optimal performance.

Training & Documentation

Train restaurant staff on new systems.
Maintain accurate records of support requests and configurations.

Asset & Inventory Management

Track hardware, software licenses, and inventory levels.
Assist with rollout and upgrade projects.

Security & Infrastructure

Maintain a secure and efficient network infrastructure.
Support online ordering and delivery platforms.
