About Our Client:

Addison Group is working with a well-established organization seeking a Talent Coordinator to support their recruiting team. This is a contract opportunity with the potential to convert, ideal for someone looking to grow their career in talent acquisition while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing department.

Job Description:

The Talent Coordinator will provide essential administrative and scheduling support to a busy Talent Acquisition department. This role helps ensure smooth hiring processes by coordinating interviews, maintaining applicant tracking systems, and supporting onboarding activities across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams
Communicate next steps with candidates and internal stakeholders
Assist with onboarding documentation and processes
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (Oracle ORC)
Support job postings and recruiting metrics
Work closely with recruiters to manage a high volume of requisitions
Provide general administrative assistance to the talent team
Assist with candidate sourcing as needed

Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in recruiting coordination, and onboarding
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Additional Details:

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in-office per week)
Duration: Contract through end of year, with potential to extend or become permanent
