Mortgage Consultant - Dedicated own client bank across Newcastle Region - All leads provided - 50% commission!

Are you a qualified Mortgage Adviser looking to maximise your income with high-quality, pre-qualified leads and full flexibility?

We're looking for a driven and professional Mortgage Adviser to join our growing team in the Newcastle area. This is a commission-only position, but with all leads provided through exclusive, long-term partnerships with established regional businesses, meaning no cold calling or self-sourcing required.

What We Offer:

All leads provided - warm, pre-qualified clients ready for advice
50% commission on all banked business
Realistic earnings of £8K-£10K+ per month in year one alone

What We're Looking For:

CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified and authorised to advise in the UK
Proven experience in mortgage advising
Confident, motivated, and client-focused
Strong communication and organisational skills
