Job Description As a Security Professional - Armed Patrol in Albuquerque, NM, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal at a government location, you will play a vital role in helping to deter security-related incidents through routine patrols and a strong, visible presence. Your responsibilities include monitoring assigned areas, interacting with the public, and providing outstanding customer service. What You'll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment. Monitor for suspicious activity and report any security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel. Assist visitors, employees, and/or the public with inquiries and directions as needed while maintaining a professional presence. Document and communicate any incidents, observations, or issues according to site and Allied Universal procedures. Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders as required during incidents or emergencies.

Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
