Responsibilities

Lead solution ideation, design, and implementation activities across the Workday platform
Analyse business context to shape solutions aligned with strategic objectives
Develop and recommend solution options, including RFIs, RFPs, or prototypes
Define solution roadmaps and ensure architecture is aligned with enterprise standards
Collaborate closely with stakeholders and domain architects to formalize and adopt IT standards and procedures
Provide strategic technical direction and maintain oversight across Workday modules

Requirements

Proven hands-on experience with Azure Cosmos DB, including query optimization and throughput management
Proficiency with C#/.NET or Node.js development
Strong understanding of concurrency patterns, CLR, and scalable application architecture
Experience designing solutions using Azure services like: Azure Functions, App Services, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Logic Apps
Solid experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
