Employment Tax Senior Manager or Director - Glasgow

A highly respected, independent Accountancy and Business Advisory firm with a strong presence across the North of England and Scotland is seeking an experienced Employment Tax Senior Manager / Directorto join their growing team in Glasgow.

The Opportunity

This is an exceptional chance to take a senior role in a firm where autonomy, collaboration and progressionare genuinely encouraged. You'll lead complex and varied Employment Tax projects - advising a broad range of clients, from dynamic family businesses to established corporates with turnover exceeding £200m.

You'll have a seat at the table helping to shape the direction of the Employment Tax function, while enjoying strong Partner-level support and a balanced, flexible working culture.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality Employment Tax advisory work
Advise on matters including HMRC enquiries, IR35, employment status, National Minimum Wage, due diligence and wider employment-related compliance
Support and collaborate with senior leadership to drive the continued growth of the service line
Build strong internal and external relationships - including HMRC, employment lawyers and industry bodies
Mentor and develop junior members of the team
