As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a government location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help create a secure environment for all visitors and staff. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter potential issues and observe for any unusual activity. Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry or suspicious behavior. Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to site procedures. Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while representing Allied Universal. Support emergency response efforts as directed by site-specific protocols and Allied Universal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
