The Senior Manager of Product Management is a pivotal role that drives the product roadmap and product development of a set of digital products. This individual will understand market dynamics and the competitive landscape to develop a long-term product vision that addresses customer needs.

What youll be doing:

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to create a product vision.
Develop and manage the product roadmaps for a set of products
Lead the product planning process form grooming the backlog to prioritization to developing epics and user stories.
Partner with cross-functional business and tech teams to ensure alignment
Manager a team of product owners through ongoing coaching and development

Whats needed- Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
8+ years of experience in product management or a related field, with a strong focus on eCommerce.
3+ years of management experience, leading product management teams or similar.

Whats needed- Preferred Qualifications

Masters degree in a related field.
Able to translate business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.
Experience in the specific industry (e.g. B2B, supply chain, office supplies).
