We are Two Circles. We are a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business. We grow audiences and revenues. We do that by knowing fans best. We work with clients to help them understand & influence what their fans are doing - the way fans spend their money, the events that fans attend, the channels fans respond to, the content fans watch and more. And we use the understanding this gives us to help our clients grow. Grow their audiences and grow their revenues - both direct to consumer and business to business revenues. Our platforms and services are trusted by over 900 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike and Amazon. We are almost 1000 people, based out of 14 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Manager to drive revenue and contribute to the implementation of sales strategies for our premium products.

The ideal candidate will bring creativity, enthusiasm, a demonstrated record of sales achievement and a strong ability to build client relationships.

Responsibilities Revenue Delivery and Target Achievement

Achieve and exceed sales targets
Implement strategies to drive revenue growth in line with organisational goals.

Team Collaboration and Project Success

Collaborate with the sales team at the client to enhance premium experiences.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Ability and gravitas to lead sales for a given event, with requirement to have broad commercial understanding relating to margin, costs, pricing and operational fulfilment.
Participate and take a leading role in team initiatives that contribute to project achievements, including role modelling best practice in sales activities such as networking and client meetings.

Sales Execution and Data Management

Proactively pursue sales targets and objectives set by the Premium Sales Director.
Ensure accurate data entry into the CRM system (Salesforce), maintaining rich customer data.

Requirements

Proven ability to work towards and achieve performance targets.
Proven track record of selling high value products or services, ideally in a sports hospitality / ticketing context
Works well within a small team and is excited to navigate being part of a larger organisation with the ability to build relationships across both.
Resilient mindset with a strong motivation to succeed.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong commitment to preparation and planning.
