Payroll and Benefits Specialist – Immediate Start (Temporary Contract) Are you an experienced Payroll and Benefits professional with a global outlook and a keen eye for detail? We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established international organisation that is urgently seeking a Payroll and Benefits Specialist to join their team in London on a temporary basis to support critical operations across 20 international offices.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a dynamic and fast-paced environment where your expertise will make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll:

Coordinate monthly payroll submissions across multiple jurisdictions via outsourced providers.
Review and verify payroll reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Maintain and manage payroll calendars and liaise with HR and Finance teams.
Monitor legislative changes and ensure timely updates to internal stakeholders.
Support year-end tax reporting and audits.
Generate payroll-related MI and cost analysis reports.

Benefits:

Administer global benefits schemes including medical, life insurance, income protection, and pensions.
Recommend improvements to existing schemes.
Stay informed of benefits legislation and communicate changes effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

Proven experience in a global payroll and benefits role.
Strong Excel and numerical skills.
High attention to detail and confidentiality.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
