Location:Welwyn Garden City (3 Days in Office)

Rate: £650 pd (umbrella)

The Role: What You'll Do

As a Technical Programme Manager for the Colleague Experience Platform, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the My Tesco app and migrating key communications to this platform. You will manage complex enhancements and high-profile initiatives, collaborating with both internal teams and third-party partners. Here's what you'll be responsible for:

Deliver complex programmes that align with key business priorities while navigating technical risks.
Initiate and shape programmes, even in ambiguous environments.
Create and track detailed plans to achieve programme goals, including technical implementation.
Understand and manage trade-offs in software delivery, ensuring the best solutions are reached.
Identify potential risks and issues, facilitating discussions and managing escalations.
Grasp technical architectures to foresee impacts on dependencies and timelines.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define budgetary needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and external stakeholders.
