Your new roleAs a 1st Line Support Engineer, you'll play a key role in supporting an Imprivata security software rollout across their network of care homes. Working as part of a small team, you'll provide 1st line support via a ticketing system and assist field engineers with on-site installations.The role is split between the Windsor base and care home sites, supporting desktop builds, system deployments, and desk-side setups. You'll help prepare and configure hardware, support Windows and Microsoft 365 environments, and assist engineers during installation phases. This is contract role initially for three months, with the potential to extend.
