The successful Account Manager will: -

- Have B2B or B2C experience.
- Be comfortable selling via the telephone and in virtual meetings.

Job duties for the Account Manager are (but not limited to): -
- Proactively schedule and complete agreed volume of outbound customer calls per day.
- Respond to customer email enquiries within agreed timeframe.
- Make appointments and ensure all open opportunities are maintained and recorded on the database.
- Manage requests for quotes and follow up as required.
- Document all customer interactions on CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to drive growth and profitability.
- Maintain positive client relationships.
- Research and understand product availability.
- Research and stay up to date on industry trends.
- Management of customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Schedule customer account reviews.
