Location:Poole

Hours:Monday Friday, 08.00am-17.00pm, 40 hours per week

Salary:Negotiable

Aspire Jobs are delighted to be working with our client who are a well-established family run business and who are now looking for an Account Manager to join their team based at the office in Poole, Dorset.

The successful Account Manager will: -

  • Be professional with exceptional communication skills.

  • Be confident dealing with customers and building good client relationships.
  • Be a self-starter.
  • Have excellent organisational skills.
  • Be a team player.
  • Have B2B or B2C experience.
  • Be comfortable selling via the telephone and in virtual meetings.
  • Have strong commercial acumen.
  • Possess excellent negotiation skills.

Job duties for the Account Manager are (but not limited to): -

  • Proactively schedule and complete agreed volume of outbound customer calls per day.
  • Respond to customer email enquiries within agreed timeframe.
  • Make appointments and ensure all open opportunities are maintained and recorded on the database.
  • Manage requests for quotes and follow up as required.
  • Document all customer interactions on CRM system.
  • Identify opportunities to drive growth and profitability.
  • Maintain positive client relationships.
  • Research and understand product availability.
  • Research and stay up to date on industry trends.
  • Management of customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Schedule customer account reviews.
