Account Manager - Industrial & Logistics Recruitment

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 + Commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

The Role: Account Manager - Industrial & Logistics
This is a sales-focused recruitment role, responsible for managing, re-engaging, and growing accounts across clients we have worked with previously, as well as developing existing relationships to increase market share. You will take ownership of an established Industrial and Logistics desk, combining proactive sales activity with high-quality recruitment delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Sales, Account Management & Market Growth
Proactively contact and re-engage clients we have worked with previously
Develop and grow existing client relationships to increase market share and revenue
Identify opportunities to expand services, increase volumes, and maximise account potential
Build strong relationships with decision-makers through regular calls, meetings, and site visits
Manage client expectations and act as a trusted recruitment partner
Work towards individual and team sales targets
Recruitment Delivery
Source, screen, and interview high-quality candidates for Industrial and Logistics roles
Write and manage job adverts to attract suitable candidates
Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy brief through to placement
Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to support ongoing and repeat requirements
Deliver a consistently high level of service to both clients and candidates
Ensure accurate administration and CRM updates
Collaboration & Performance
Work closely with colleagues to maximise desk performance
Contribute to branch revenue and growth targets
Represent Workforce professionally at all times
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in recruitment, sales, account management, or a target-driven role
Experience within Industrial or Logistics recruitment is highly desirable
Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
Sales-driven with a consultative approach
Organised, resilient, and able to manage a fast-paced workload
Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
