About the Opportunity

We're looking for a commercially driven Ad Sales Account Manager to join a dynamic sales team supporting small and medium-sized businesses. In this consultative role, you'll manage a portfolio of advertisers, helping them maximise the value of their digital advertising investments through tailored solutions, campaign optimisation, and strategic account management.

What You'll Be Doing Build Strong Customer Relationships

As the trusted advisor for your portfolio, you'll:

  • Manage and grow relationships with small and medium-sized business customers.
  • Become the primary point of contact throughout the customer journey.
  • Understand each client's business objectives and recommend tailored advertising solutions.
  • Guide customers through campaign planning, optimisation, and performance reviews.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive long-term retention and growth.
Drive Revenue Growth

You'll proactively identify new opportunities by:

  • Engaging with warm leads and existing customers via phone and email.
  • Conducting approximately 40-50 outbound calls per day to build your pipeline.
  • Qualifying opportunities and progressing them through the sales cycle.
  • Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within your customer portfolio.
  • Achieving individual sales and revenue targets.
Manage Your Sales Pipeline

Success in this role also means:

  • Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline using Salesforce or a similar CRM.
  • Keeping customer records and opportunities up to date.
  • Managing follow-ups, renewals, and customer communications efficiently.Contributing to accurate sales forecasting through disciplined pipeline management.
Continuously Improve

You'll also:

  • Deliver high-quality customer interactions across phone and email.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and data privacy standards.
  • Identify workflow improvements and share ideas with the wider team.
  • Stay informed on digital advertising trends and best practices.
What We're Looking For

You will be successful if you have:

  • 2+ years' experience in inside sales, account management, customer success, or business development.
  • Experience making outbound calls and building customer relationships.
  • A background in digital advertising, SaaS, media, technology, or platform-based sales.
  • Fluent English (C1 level or above).
  • A completed Leaving Certificate (or equivalent secondary education qualification).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
  • The ability to work towards KPIs and sales targets in a performance-driven environment.
