Agentic AI Engineer

Location: Warwick or Wokingham
Working Pattern: Hybrid - 2 days per week onsite
Contract: Inside IR35

We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI Engineer with a strong background in designing and delivering autonomous AI solutions using Large Language Models and multi-agent frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Build Agentic AI solutions using LLMs and multi-agent frameworks.
• Develop autonomous AI agents to automate business processes and workflows.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise APIs, platforms and business systems.
• Design and implement prompt engineering, memory management and agent orchestration.
• Optimise agent performance, accuracy, reliability and scalability.
• Apply AI governance, security and responsible AI principles.
• Deploy scalable AI solutions across Azure, AWS and/or Salesforce environments.

Required Experience

• Strong hands-on experience building Agentic AI or autonomous AI solutions.
• Experience working with LLMs and multi-agent frameworks.
• Proven experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise APIs and business systems.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, agent memory and orchestration.
• Experience improving the performance, accuracy and reliability of AI agents.
• Knowledge of AI governance, security and responsible AI practices.
• Experience deploying AI solutions on Azure, AWS or Salesforce.

Candidates must be able to work onsite in either Warwick or Wokingham twice per week.
