Role: Agile Programme Support Manager / Agile Coach

Duration: 3 Months

Location: 1 day per week onsite - in either London, York, Sheffield, Manchester or Glasgow.

Rate: £650 per day (Inside IR35)

The project:

Involves piloting foundational programmes and place-based initiatives to accelerate mission delivery, support preventative measures, and foster a collaborative environment that encourages continuous improvement and innovation. This role will specifically operate directly with accelerators and policy teams, facilitating their work and ensuring successful outcomes.

• Building and maintaining motivated, collaborating, and well-functioning teams
• Identifying and helping teams overcome obstacles
• Encouraging and facilitating continuous improvement within the delivery team
• Focus the team on what is most important for product and service delivery
• Coach team member in appropriate Agile and Lean tools and techniques.
• Facilitating the delivery flow of a team, managing pace and tempo
• Actively addressing internal and external risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Experience working as a Agile Programme Support Manager / Coach.
• Proven background in Agile Delivery (especially in non-digital environments)
• Experience coaching multi-disciplinary teams to deliver
