This is a *London* hybrid based role with an excellent immediate start within a Public Sector organisation working on *Leading the adoption of AI assistants, copilots and intelligent agents across multiple business areas.*

We're looking for an AI Adoption & Enablement Lead to drive the rollout of AI-powered assistants, copilots and intelligent workflows across a major UK public sector organisation. This is a rare opportunity to influence AI strategy, work with cutting-edge technologies and help deliver practical, responsible AI solutions that make a real difference.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining innovation, business transformation and emerging technology. You don't need to be a software engineer - we're looking for someone who understands how AI can solve real business problems and is keen to continue developing their technical skills as the technology evolves.

What you'll be doing

• Lead the adoption of AI assistants, copilots and intelligent agents across multiple business areas.
• Work with stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities for AI-driven automation and service improvement.
• Support the design and deployment of AI solutions using platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, OpenAI GPTs, Claude and other emerging technologies.
• Develop reusable templates, prompts and best practices that enable safe, scalable AI adoption.
• Champion responsible AI, governance and continuous improvement while measuring business impact and user adoption.
• Collaborate with digital, data and operational teams to turn innovative ideas into practical solutions.

We're looking for someone with experience in:

• Delivering AI, digital transformation or innovation programmes.
• Generative AI technologies, AI assistants, copilots, custom GPTs or workflow automation.
• Business process improvement and organisational change.
• Building strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Translating business challenges into practical AI-enabled solutions.
• Communicating value, adoption and measurable outcomes.

It would be great if you also have experience with:

• Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry or Power Platform.
• OpenAI GPTs, Claude or other large language model platforms.
• Prompt engineering, RAG or AI evaluation techniques.
• Python, APIs or low-code/no-code AI tools.
