Design next generation AI native systems within a global insurance environment.

You will shape the team from the ground up and help upend the entire industry. This is a long term contract focused on real time enterprise innovation and cutting edge research.

You Will

• Design and define architectures for single agent and multi agent AI systems
• Architect RAG pipelines, memory systems, and vector based retrieval solutions
• Lead LLM integration decisions across APIs, open weight models, and enterprise systems

Skills & Experience

• 8+ years in software engineering or solution architecture
• 3+ years of experience with LLMs
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks
• Python development skills
