Compensation: • The pay for this position is $17.00 per hour • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment • A 401(k) with a company match is available to full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Highlights: • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs • Monday-Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts • Shift times may fluctuate to accommodate day/night projects and different time zones • Paid onsite training provided 5 days per week • Training schedules will fall between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM • This is an onsite position in Smithfield, RI • Start date may be earlier than originally specified Responsibilities: • Provide first-level technical support to field technicians, vendors, and contractors during technology implementations and hardware upgrades • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to multiple technology rollout projects • Troubleshoot basic hardware and technology implementation issues while ensuring project protocols are followed • Update tracking applications, perform system validations, and document project activity accurately • Communicate project updates using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and email systems • Support multiple technology rollout projects simultaneously in a fast-paced call center environment • Follow project handbooks, implementation guidelines, and company procedures • Adapt shift schedules as needed to support projects occurring in different time zones and during evening/night hours Requirements: • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience required • High School Diploma or GED required • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities required • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel preferred • IT hardware installation or technology implementation experience preferred but not required • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Must be comfortable working onsite 4-5 days per week Education: • Required: High School Diploma or GED If you are interested in this position, please apply directly to this job posting or email resume and job title to Jenise Nottage at
