This is a *Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Public Sector organisationworking on *Planning budgets, resources, and timelines*

Shape how major projects become high-performing assets

We're building a new Asset Information Management (AIM) function - and this is a standout opportunity to play a key role in how project data is transformed into real operational value.

If you enjoy working at the intersection of projects, asset management, and data, this role offers the chance to influence how a large, complex estate is understood, managed, and improved.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and champion Soft Landings (BS 8536) across the full project life cycle
• Ensure smooth transition from project delivery into operational asset management
• Own and enhance the golden thread of asset information
• Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and partners to embed best practice (BIM & data management)
• Turn complex data into clear insights, dashboards, and performance reporting (Power BI/Excel)
• Analyse KPIs and assurance data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities
• Lead Post Occupancy Evaluation (POE) and performance reviews across assets
• Drive improvements in data quality, systems, and processes

What we're looking for

• Background in construction, FM, asset management, or design
• Strong experience with Soft Landings and asset information management
• Comfortable working with BIM/digital information platforms
• Ability to analyse and present data clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong skills in Excel, Power BI or similar tools
• Confident stakeholder engagement across projects and operations
