Independent Contractors will assist in business development initiatives, client relationship management, strategic growth campaigns, and investment-related consulting support services. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS This position is structured as a: 1099 Independent Contractor Opportunity Contractors are not employees of the Company and are responsible for: Federal and state taxes Self-employment taxes Insurance coverage Business expenses Licensing requirements (if applicable) Contractors maintain flexibility regarding how services are performed, subject to agreed business objectives and client service expectations. SERVICE AVAILABILITY Business Operating Hours Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) Independent Contractors are expected to maintain reasonable availability during normal business operating hours for: Client communications Team coordination Scheduled meetings Training sessions Business development activities EXPECTED SERVICE HOURS Typical Weekly Service Availability Hours Per Week Actual hours may vary based upon: Contractor availability Client demand Assigned projects Business development activity Revenue opportunities No guaranteed minimum hours are provided. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Asset Management Support Support investment-related business initiatives Assist with commercial and residential real estate opportunities Conduct market research and business analysis Maintain CRM databases and reporting systems Coordinate investment-related communications Business Development B2B prospecting and outreach Lead generation and pipeline development Appointment setting and client follow-up Strategic partnership development Revenue growth initiatives Client acquisition support Administrative & Consulting Support CRM management Email communication Scheduling and coordination Sales presentation support Marketing campaign assistance Client relationship management COMPENSATION STRUCTURE Hourly Consulting Compensation Contractor may receive: $400.00 $600.00+ Per Hour based upon: Experience Qualifications Position level Specialized expertise Business production PERFORMANCE-RESULTS BASED STRAIGHT COMMISSION COMPENSATION PLAN In addition to hourly consulting fees, Contractors may be eligible for: High-Level-Ticket lucrative commission only compensation plan Revenue-sharing opportunities Closed transaction bonuses Performance incentives Appointment-setting bonuses Monthly production bonuses $400-$600 per hour Hourly Pay for Completed Sale Transaction For hours worked directly related only on a sale that results in a completed transaction that closes, the Contractor shall receive $400-$600 per hour for those hours, in addition to any standard consulting/service fees means: Scope of work covered: The Contractor will be paid hourly for time spent directly on a sale that results in a completed transaction. Completed transaction : This typically means the sale has been finalized for example, the customer has paid, signed the agreement, or the deal has closed, as defined in the contract Rate: The Contractor will be paid $400-$600 per hour for those hours worked on such sales. Additional payment: On top of this hourly rate, the Contractor will also receive any standard consulting service fees of 1.0% (1 Percentage Point) on total sales revenue generated for each deal transaction that closes that apply under the contract. Purpose: This structure is designed when a contractor's work is time-based and directly tied to closing a sale, such as in sales support, account management, or project-based sales execution, where they need to be compensated for both the time spent and any ongoing service or advisory work.
