Finance/Customer Service administrator
LHH recruitment solutions is hiring for a Finance/customer service admin in the palm beach gardens, FL area. Our client is searching for a finance/customer service admin with a strong background. This position is working fully in office with a great client that offers excellent benefits. Responsibilities to include:
Review and process deposits, withdrawals, and instruction setups in accordance with firm policies and industry regulations.
- Advise financial professionals on what is needed to process their customers requests.
- Document any discrepancies, upload emails, and make notes in internal comments.
- Ensure assigned items are processed within the required time frame.
- Return voicemail messages within 2 hours.
- Respond to emails within 2 hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Series 7 License strongly preferred
- Background Fingerprinting required.
