Role

Audi Centre Dublin is looking for a driven and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join our dynamic and supportive team. You will represent one of the world's most prestigious automotive brands while developing your skills and building a rewarding career. You'll work closely with our Sales Manager and experienced colleagues, receiving guidance and support to excel and grow.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers in person, by phone, and via email to understand their needs
  • Recommend vehicles and solutions that fit each customer perfectly
  • Organise and accompany test drives, showcasing the Audi experience
  • Negotiate and close sales with confidence and professionalism
  • Manage all related sales documentation and follow-up processes
What we're looking for
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, positive attitude with genuine enthusiasm for customer care
  • Aim to achieve targets and exceed expectations
  • Previous experience in automotive or customer-facing roles is ideal, but we welcome fresh, motivated talent eager to learn and grow in the motor trade
  • The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and passionate about what they do; you will be expected to hit targets, so ambition and hard work are essential
  • Previous experience in a similar position within the motor trade is preferred but not essential
  • A valid driving licence is a requirement for this role
