Ambient Voice Technology Adoption Coordinator/Change Manager
We are looking for an experienced
AVT Adoption Coordinator to support the implementation and adoption of Ambient Voice Technology (AVT) across a large-scale healthcare transformation programme.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and engaging professional with experience in digital transformation, clinical system adoption, or change management within healthcare environments. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring clinicians and operational teams successfully adopt AVT, helping to deliver tangible improvements in efficiency, productivity, and patient care.
Working closely with clinical, operational, and digital stakeholders, you will act as the bridge between technology deployment and day-to-day clinical use. Success in this role will require strong stakeholder engagement skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a passion for supporting digital innovation in healthcare.
Key responsibilities will include supporting clinical and operational teams through onboarding and adoption activities, coordinating communications and engagement plans, monitoring training completion and system usage, and acting as a key point of contact for user queries throughout the rollout. You will work closely with specialty teams to ensure readiness for deployment, identify and escalate risks, gather user feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the programme.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for producing adoption and utilisation reports, providing insights into usage trends and engagement levels, and supporting the measurement of programme benefits, including improvements in productivity, clinic utilisation, documentation efficiency, and patient throughput. Regular engagement with senior stakeholders and programme leadership will be required to communicate progress, risks, challenges, and successes.
To be considered, you will have a proven track record of supporting digital transformation or technology adoption programmes, ideally within the NHS or wider healthcare sector. You will possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, be capable of influencing at all levels of an organisation, and have experience supporting change management and user adoption initiatives. Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, together with the ability to work independently and proactively, are essential.
Experience of EPR implementations, clinical systems, AI-enabled healthcare technologies, or Ambient Voice Technology solutions would be highly advantageous, as would an understanding of benefits realisation and programme delivery within complex healthcare environments.
