AWS Platform Test Engineer

Role: AWS Platform Test Engineer
Location: Glasgow
Working Mode: Hybrid (2-3 days Onsite weekly)
Contract Type: Inside IR35
Duration: 10 months
Pay Rate: £313 per day Inside IR35

Required Skills & Experience
Strong expertise in AWS services and cloud-native architectures.

Proven hands-on experience with:
o Terraform (modules, workspaces, state management)
o AWS CloudFormation
o GitLab CI/CD pipelines
o AWS CLI, CloudWatch, CloudTrail
Solid understanding of DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code principles.
Strong experience building test automation frameworks for cloud deployments.
Knowledge of API testing tools (eg, Postman, REST Assured, pytest).
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools: CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus.
Scripting experience in Python, Bash, or similar languages.
Understanding of networking security, IAM policies, and AWS best practices.
