Azure Data Engineer - SC Clearance - London/Hybrid - £550 - £600 per day - 6 months
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop robust data pipelines using Azure services (eg, Azure Synapse, Data Factory)
Build and maintain scalable data architectures to support analytics and reporting
Integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring quality, reliability, and performance
Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to enable advanced analytics and Azure ML use cases
Optimise data workflows and troubleshoot performance issues

Core Skills & Experience
Strong experience with Azure Synapse and Azure Data Factory
Proven background in data engineering, data pipelines, and data integration
Knowledge of Azure Machine Learning (Azure ML) and analytics platforms
Experience with cloud data architecture and best practices
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar data-focused programming languages
Requirements
Must hold active Security Clearance

This temporary contract is inside IR35 and will require working under the direction of the client delivery manager as part of a multi-disciplinary team. The successful candidate will follow established delivery processes and working practices
This role requires the successful candidate to undergo and be eligible for UK Security Vetting at SC/DV level. Clearance sponsorship will be provided where required. Due to the nature of the work, candidates should meet the relevant residency requirements. If applicable, reserved post nationality restrictions will be confirmed by the client.
