I am working with a Marketing agency who are looking for a commercially focused B2B Growth Marketer responsible for generating qualified pipeline and driving revenue through demand generation and conversion optimisation. This role blends strategy, hands-on execution, and data-driven decision-making across the full funnel. The role itself is an exciting opportunity with progression into a Head of Growth role and developing a team. For this position you need to be a commercially focussed and strategic marketeer with a strong B2B background.

This is a hybrid position with 1 day a week in the offices and the rest WFH. It's a brilliant opportunity for someone to directly have an impact on the business and grown the company. After 6 months probation you'll be enrolled into the EOT share scheme and there is a great OTE attached to the role itself as well.
