Position: Bi-Lingual Employment & Training Specialist
Location: Holyoke, MA
Pay: $24.76 Per hour; plus $40 bi-weekly stipend for second language
Hours: 40 Hours per week
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm with flexibility for occasional nights and weekends
Summary:
The Employment Specialist works directly with individuals with disabilities to support them in obtaining and maintaining competitive, integrated employment. This position carries an active caseload and provides individualized, person-centered employment services, including career exploration, job development, placement, and ongoing follow-along support. The Employment Specialist collaborates with participants, employers, and service providers to identify strengths, address barriers to employment, and promote long-term job success. Responsibilities also include employer outreach, job coaching, advocacy for workplace accommodations, and maintaining accurate documentation to track progress and outcomes in compliance with program requirements.
