I am recruiting for a Business Analyst with a deep knowledge of local HR, workforce management and labour regulations within European countries.
This is a remote role.
The role falls inside IR35 so you will be required to work through an umbrella company for the duration of the contract.
Candidates must possess a strong understanding of country-specific employment laws, labour practices, employee lifecycle processes and stakeholder management within their respective European markets.
You must have several years of Business Analysis, HR Consulting, Workforce Consulting or HR Operations experience.
You will have expertise in labour laws, employment regulations and HR processes within at least one European country.
Experience of documenting business requirements, process maps, and business cases is essential.
You must also have strong analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
