Exalto Consulting is supporting a major programme focused on improving how organisations communicate and engage through their Intranet and Extranet platforms.

We're looking for a Business Analyst who can go beyond requirements gathering-someone who can provide clear, evidence-based insight to support both immediate delivery and longer-term platform decisions.

This is a high-impact role working on a business-critical Intranet environment, where the quality of analysis directly shapes user experience, engagement, and operational continuity.

What you'll be doing

• Analysing existing Intranet and Extranet platforms, including content, usage, and dependencies
• Producing structured insights to inform future platform direction
• Defining clear, prioritised requirements for platform changes and enhancements
• Working closely with stakeholders across Comms, HR, IT, and the wider business
• Identifying risks, dependencies, and impacts across delivery

What we're looking for

• Experience as a Business Analyst on Intranet, Extranet, or digital workplace platforms
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to support senior decision-making
• Experience working across multiple business functions and stakeholder groups
• A practical approach-focused on delivering clear, usable outputs in fast-paced environments
