Job Summary:

Supports utility billing and customer operations through accurate operational, performance, and financial reporting. Manages large data sets to deliver actionable insights and supports Billing IT initiatives through requirements gathering, test scenario development, UAT, and defect resolution. Troubleshoots billing and operational system issues in partnership with IT and business teams. Brings strong knowledge of utility billing processes and systems, including Oracle CC&B and Meter Data Management, in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop, organize, and present operational reports for both internal and external use.

This includes operational, performance and financial reporting.

Manage large data sets used for in-depth analysis and reporting.

Participate in Billing IT projects by gathering criteria, creating and approving

test conditions, and assisting with Change Management activities.

Troubleshoot operational and IT issues and coordinate with internal departments to resolve.

Desired Experience:

Bachelors degree in Business or related field.

High proficiency in standard software applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel,

PowerPoint).

Working knowledge of utility billing processes and customer service programs,

including rate structures, payments, and service orders.

Familiarity with utility-specific operational workflows such as meter-to-cash,

outage management, and customer interaction channels.

Direct experience with Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) and/or Meter

Data Management (MDM) systems, preferably in a regulated utility environment.

Proven ability to develop and execute test scenarios, perform system and user

acceptance testing (UAT), and manage defect tracking and resolution processes.

Customer driven with good oral and written communications skills and general

analytical problem solving skills.

Shift: Hybrid, Mon-Fri, 8 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Details: $58.21 per hour
