Role: Business Development Executive (BDE) - Recruitment

Employment Type: 3-6 Months Contract
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) who can blend the art of client acquisition with the science of recruitment. This is a high-impact, onsite role for someone who thrives on targets, builds strong relationships, and manages high-volume outreach with precision.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Initiate conversations, build rapport, and convert leads into opportunities through 70-80 connected calls per day, follow-ups, and strategic email outreach.

Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, meeting clients or leads in person when needed.

TAT Adherence: Meet turnaround times for both business development and recruitment deliverables.

Recruitment & Sourcing: Hands-on involvement in end-to-end recruitment-sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates.

Advanced Search Techniques: Utilize Boolean search strings and job portals to identify and engage top talent.

Multi-Tasking: Balance business development and recruitment responsibilities efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 3-5 years in the staffing industry, with proven success in business development and recruitment activities.

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong Boolean search and job portal expertise.
- Proven ability to handle high call volumes and follow-up consistently.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
