Business Development Manager - Salt Lake County

Looking for a Business Development Manager ("BDM") who brings a set of contacts relevant to the Restoration Industry. With an existing book of business (either in the restoration industry or one with related contacts, such as property managers, insurance agents, plumbers, etc.), the BDM will quickly get up to speed and deliver results from the first month of employment.

Preferred compensation structure: $10k signing bonus, pure commission based (10% of gross revenues). No ceiling on compensation.

Performance standards:

Attend a weekly coordination meeting with owners.

Attend a weekly training call with consultant group RMS.

Input all activities and contacts into company CRM.

Accountable for 10-12 visits per day.
