Business Execution Consultant - Hybrid
Genesis10Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Execution Consultant - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity.
This back-office operations role focuses on cash and position reconciliation for advisory accounts. The consultant will perform system-to-system matching between back-office and third-party trading systems to identify and resolve discrepancies. This position involves routine collaboration with other teams to ensure accounts are ready for market open under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:- Perform cash and position reconciliation for on-platform advisory accounts
- Conduct system-to-system matching and resolve items that break or do not flow correctly
- Ensure accounts are prepared and ready for market open
- Work in a deadline-driven environment with key deliverables due before market open and mid-afternoon
- Collaborate with a sister team on routine reconciliation tasks
- Must be able to work an early morning, hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) and be logged in and ready to work by 6:306:45 AM CT
- Strong proficiency in Excel, with the ability to confidently sort, filter, use VLOOKUPs, compare sheets, and create basic formulas
- Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills related to financial data (e.g., price vs. proceeds, share amounts)
- High attention to detail and comfort working with tight deadlines
- Logical approach to mathematics
- Basic knowledge of securities (stocks, bonds)
- Experience with APL trading systems
Pay range: $25.31 - $33.31 per hour
