Location: Filton (60% onsite)
Rate: £42.39 Umbrella / £31.68 PAYE
Contract: Until Oct 2026 (strong extension potential)
Hours: 35 per week (4.5 days between 7am-7pm)
: BPSS+ (completed by Airbus Security)

Morson are proud to be supporting our prestegious aerospace manufacturing client who are looking to hire an experienced Business Managment professional to support business improvement and project controlling activities within an engineering environment.

• Managing offload suppliers

• Raising and managing purchase orders

• Supporting project controlling activities

• Workload planning and performance tracking

• Driving business and project improvement initiatives

• Strong all-round business management experience with some project managment experience

• Confident working autonomously

• Resilient, proactive, and hands-on

• Experience in supplier and financial management

• Engineering background preferred (open to transferable industries)

• Experience valued over formal qualifications
