Business Systems Analyst - CRM Data Transformation - 3 months, hybrid/London, to £550 p/d inside IR35

A Business Systems Analyst is required to work on the initial scoping, discovery phase of a CRM Customer Marketing Data Transformation project. You will have extensive business systems analysis experience, ideally gained within a finance/financial services banking environment, with good knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce/Dynamics/ServiceNow) and data mapping, data flows, data mapping, data integration etc. You must have excellent stakeholder management, communication skills. The role will involve liaising with the business, stakeholders, marketing teams, establishing how the CRM and data can be effective within the sales, marketing area, gathering requirements, producing functional specifications, dealing with business process mapping, As-Is, To-Be. data mapping, data flows, data integration, liaising with the technical teams etc. The role will require 2 days a week on site.
