What is the opportunity?

This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in the smooth, accurate, and compliant operation of the Bank's procurement processes. As a Buyer within the Procurement Services Hub, you will support day to day sourcing activity, manage incoming procurement requests, and maintain high quality documentation and system data across multiple spend areas.

You'll work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient buying cycles, strong governance, and adherence to regulatory requirements. This role provides hands on experience across sourcing operations, supplier engagement, and procurement controls making it an ideal development platform for building deeper expertise in commercial, sourcing, and category management activities within a modern, transformation focused procurement function.

What will make you stand out?
  • Experience within a structured, governed procurement or financial services environment desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience ensuring accuracy and compliance in procurement processes and documentation.
  • Familiarity with procurement systems and tools (e.g., Coupa, ERP platforms) and approved buying channels.
Essential skills and experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in procurement operations, purchasing support, supplier coordination, or similar roles.

This is a hybrid role, based primarily at Baggot plaza, Dublin. We typically ask colleagues to spend a minimum of 8 days per month working in person to support collaboration and connection. Specific arrangements will be confirmed by your recruiter to ensure they meet the requirements of the role and team.
