About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a government client for an experienced DV Cleared Call Handler/Communications Officer to join a high-profile, secure operational environment.
This is a non-IT role, ideally suited to individuals with a Police, defence, or national security background, who are confident working in fast-paced, high-pressure settings.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming and outgoing communications in a secure environment
Act as a key point of contact within a command and control function
Accurately log, prioritise, and relay critical informationMaintain professionalism and composure under pressure
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication flow
Essential Skills ExperienceCalm, confident, and responsive under pressure
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable using ICT systems and telephony tools
Desirable ExperiencePrevious experience in a contact centre or high-volume communications environment
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams or video conferencing toolsMultilingual skills
Clearance RequirementThis role requires Developed Vetting (DV) clearance. Applicants must hold active DV clearance or be eligible to undergo the process.
