Harvey Nash are now inviting candidates to apply for the role of Capability & Workforce Planning Lead. An initial six month contract, inside of IR35.
- Daily rate of £800 - £1000 a day

The Role
- Lead the capability and workforce planning workstream within a major IT transformation programme, ensuring the organisation has the skills, structure, and ways of working needed to deliver its technology strategy.
- The role will establish a clear, evidence-based understanding of current capability across a large IT function, define future capability requirements, and drive targeted initiatives to address identified skills and capability gaps.
- Working closely with HR and senior technology stakeholders, you will support the design and implementation of enterprise-wide job families aligned, develop structured technical learning and development frameworks, and establish certification and competency standards across key roles.
Essential Skills
- Strong analytical capability to assess workforce data and capability gaps
- Experience presenting workforce insights and transformation plans to senior stakeholders
- In depth knowledge of the concepts and principles of project management, planning, time management and project leadership
- Organisational awareness with ability to operate with confidence and credibility across all functions of the organisation
- Proficient user of all Microsoft systems, including; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, & MS Office suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present and explain management information clearly to senior leaders
