Car Sales Executive

Our client, a well-established franchise-approved dealership, is actively recruiting a talented New Car Sales Executive to join their successful team. This is a great chance to represent a top 6 franchise brand, offering substantial earning potential and clear career progression.

• Basic salary of 19,000 with a company car OR 23,000 without
• Uncapped OTE of 45,000+, with potential to exceed targets
• 30 days annual holiday, with bank holidays worked compensated with a day off in lieu
• Full manufacturer-accredited training programmes

• Excellent career development prospects within a large dealer group across South West England and South Wales
• 5-day working week, Monday to Saturday, with one Saturday off each month
• One in four Monday late shifts (starting at 10:30 AM and finishing at 8:00 PM)

Duties as a New Car Sales Executive:

• Selling a wide range of new vehicles, from compact city cars to large SUVs
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets, typically around 20 units per week
• Demonstrating vehicle features, warranties, service plans, and accessories to customers
• Advising customers on finance, insurance, and extended warranties
• Keeping customers informed about vehicle delivery times and updates
• Resolving customer queries professionally and ensuring a seamless sales process
• Collecting payments and completing all documentation for vehicle handover
• Introducing customers to aftersales services and building lasting relationships

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a New Car Sales Executive or in vehicle sales, ideally with a background in new car sales
• Strong customer-focused approach with excellent sales skills
• Ability to work independently and utilise every sales opportunity
• Full UK driving license with minimal points
• Confident communicator capable of building rapport with a diverse clientele
• Passionate about the automotive industry and driven to succeed
• Results-oriented with a proactive attitude
