Work Location Information: Various Locations Personal Suitability: Be reliable, a team player and have good judgement skills Major Work Area: Construction Specific Skills: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements. Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools. Measuring, cutting, and joining materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials. Repairing and renovating wooden structures. Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems. Preparing cost. Fitting and installing windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware. Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants and other establishments. Safety conscious and willing to follow all safety policies and procedures. Strong working knowledge of framing and foundation components. Complete other duties as directed by Construction Supervisor. Work Setting: Residential, Commercial Extra Benefits: We will provide $600 for our Attendance bonus for our employees who are regular to work.
